Your contribution to the MOAA Northeast Florida Chapter supports our local military community and may be allocated to the following funds:

Chapter Scholarship Fund: This fund awards cash scholarships to local JROTC seniors pursuing further education at an accredited higher learning institution.

Chapter Sword Fund: This fund finances a Memorial USN/USMC officer’s sword annually for a deserving ROTC graduate from Jacksonville University.

Chapter 70th Anniversary Fund: This fund is established to help raise funds to support procurement of commemorative challenge coins and 70th anniversary chapter activities being planned for 2026.

Chapter General Fund: Our board of directors uses this fund to make charitable contributions to worthy community organizations, including veteran support groups, local food banks, JROTC/ROTC programs, sponsorship of a Florida Boy’s State candidate, and others in need.

Please be aware that the MOAA Northeast Florida Chapter is a 501(c)(19) non-profit veterans’ organization. While we are tax-exempt, we are not classified as a charitable organization; hence, your donations are not tax-deductible.
